The programme has been thoroughly tested for compatibility with a wide range of systems. However, there are certain circumstances where a device or network configuration can adversely affect the operation the programme. In the first instance you should contact your IT department in the first instance.
They may be required to 'white list' the website URL to prevent any security settings blocking the content.
