Any other device or browser may work, however, we cannot guarantee this and we cannot offer any support for devices and browsers not mentioned above.
If you are using a phone, either iPhone or Android (Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi and so on) we cannot guarantee that you will be able to view the course on that device which doesn't have a badge indicating so, however, you can log into your learner account on another mobile device, such as an Apple iPad, or an Android tablet.

If you are not able to meet 5mbps, your course may not load properly, be prone to crashing and progress may not be saved, and we will be unable to get this back for you.
